Thoroughly analyzed the department budgets and compared it to other district’s best practices. Toured and inspected each school to determine/measure actual service levels and satisfaction levels. We interviewed all user constituencies. Provided the District with three operational alternatives along with what budget impacts are as compared to the current operational model. Assisted in presentation of results to the public and provided support for the implementation of recommended changes. |
