Provided an on and off site audit that included reviewing, analyzing and making recommendations related to what the Districtís specifications, contract, and the facilities companyís proposal called for but was not being delivered. Toured and inspected each school to determine/measure actual service levels and satisfaction levels. We interviewed all user constituencies. Developed recommendations for the contractor to implement to improve current service levels. Renegotiated contract to resolve conflicts in language and specifications. Worked with the contractor to develop and implement a quantifiable and measurable action plan to correct the deficiencies. Developed a more efficient and cost-effective program. |
