John L. Ledwick
John brings over 30 years of experience providing solutions for auxiliary services to public school districts and educational institutions. His expertise is centered on satisfying client needs in the providing of food, facilities and dining services for their students and staffs. In the course of his career at the operational and vice president level with the major contract management companies Aramark, Compass and Marriott, John has prepared needs assessments and solutions to over 120 school districts from New England to Maryland, as well as M.I.T., Hartwick and Choate Rosemary Hall. John is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Ginny joins our team bringing 25 years of business experience including 4 years working in the facility management industry. Her K-12 and Higher Education facilities experience began working as a Northeast Regional Administrator responsible for human resources, training and development and the startup of custodial, maintenance & grounds contracts for GCA Services Group. Expanding out to facilities management, Ginny managed the following school districts: Wanaque School District (GCA) and Glen Rock School District (Aramark). With Edvocate, Ginny monitors 15 food service accounts throughout New Jersey.
Susan has over 40 years of food service experience with an emphasis in K-12 and higher education, serving as the director of food service for Columbia University for 12 years and as food service director for Aramark at the following New Jersey school districts; the Holmdel School District, Franklin Lakes School District, Oakland School District, and the Clark School District. She specializes in food services management, operations and finances.
Joe joins our team bringing an extensive background in custodial, maintenance and grounds operations. During his 25 years in the facilities industry, he has worked for some of the leading management companies as well as self-operated school districts. Joe is a Certified Education Facilities Manager with IAQ, IPM, AHERA and security backgrounds. Because of his experience, he understands the challenges of operating high quality custodial, maintenance and grounds programs. As a Regional Manager for GCA services, he had total oversite responsibility of 10 school districts covering customer service, contract negotiation, custodial, maintenance, grounds operations and managing a budget of 13 million annually. During his career he has served the needs of K-12 public school districts including Ridgewood, Bridgewater and most recently as the Director of Plant, Operations and Maintenance for Holmdel Township School District. His experience has given him the knowledge to understand the challenges districts and business administrators face each day. His knowledge and experience is a perfect match for our team.
